The Mandaree Senior & Wellness Center program consists of a 7,300 square foot building that included an addition and remodeling of the existing building. Half of the building is dining, a kitchen, living room, office spaces, and an outdoor porch. The other half is cardio & aerobics, weights, locker rooms, a whirlpool, & sauna. This project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in July 2009.
