Hulsing & Associates, Architects was awarded the Design / Build contract for The Dickinson Press, which was a recently completed 20,660 square foot building. This building replaced an existing building The Dickinson Press had occupied for 90 years. The new building's construction cost was $1,448,000, which equates to $70.10 per square foot.

The project was finished ahead of schedule and within budget. The project included spaces such as the News Room, Advertising, Composing, Camera, Plate Making, Scanning, Dark Rooms, Mail Room, Paper Storage, Loading Dock, Sheet Press, the Presses, Ink Room, Reading Room, lounge, Interview Room, Circulation, Publishers Suite, Editor, Business Manager, Advertising Manager, Conference Rooms, Computer Room, Lobby, Reception Area, Restrooms, Coats and Locker Room, and other office and work spaces.
