Two projects were completed for the Chippewa Cree Housing Authority on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation. The first project consisted of 35 three and four bedroom units on clustered and scattered sites along with five two bedroom duplexes. The second project consisted of a combination of fifteen low-rent units and five log homes.

Both projects included site planning, street design, on-site water and sewer system design, structural design, architectural design, specifications, bidding, construction observation and warranty observations. The total estimated cost for both projects was $4,775,000.
